Quiz Night 2018

Saturday the 17th November marked the night of our inaugural quiz with nine teams of six competing for a first prize of six bottles of Unit 6 Gin courtesy of the Whiterock Brewery. The evening was compered by Rob Brown, who set and delivered an interesting range of questions on a variety of topics. Although the teams fought closely, after seven rounds the “Superettes” (pictured) emerged as the winners with 84 points, Tequila Mockingbird were a close second on 77 points.

The evening was complimented by a terrific meat draw, generously sponsored by Mourant. A good time was had by all those who attended and the charity raised an outstanding £1,000. Thank you to all who supported us and we are now looking forward to next years quiz night!
